About CrawlSpider

You can't manage what you don't measure.

AI assistants are becoming where buyers look first. CrawlSpider exists to make that visibility something you can see, track, and improve — not something you guess at.

Why we built this

Buyers used to type keywords into a search box. Now they ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity a question and act on whatever answer comes back — often without ever visiting a website to check it. That shift changes what "being found" means, but most brands still have no way to see what these assistants are actually saying about them, or about the competitors named instead.

We built CrawlSpider because that gap felt like flying blind. Rankings, mentions, and sentiment inside AI answers should be something you check on a schedule, the same way you'd check analytics or search rankings — not something you find out about from a customer who happens to mention it.

What we believe

Measure, don't guess

Visibility inside AI answers should be tracked the same way you'd track any other channel — on a schedule, with history — not eyeballed from a handful of manual prompts typed in every so often.

Whole-account clarity

One view across every brand and every prompt you track, not a single vanity check. Limits and reporting work the same way — account-wide, never a fragmented per-brand picture.

Plain data, no black box

You see the actual prompts we asked, the actual answers each assistant gave, and where you ranked in them — not just a single proprietary score with no way to check it.

Built for a daily habit

AI answers change as models update and competitors publish new content. Scans run on a schedule so tracking visibility is routine upkeep, not an occasional audit you have to remember to run.
