Why does my prompt still say "pending" even though it's scanned every day for weeks?
"Pending" means "waiting for its next turn," not "never run." Once a scan finishes, a prompt is reset to pending with a new, later due time — there's no permanent "done" status, since it's meant to run forever on schedule. To see history, open a response via View rather than reading the status label.
If I pause a brand, does its public page disappear?
No. Pausing only stops new scans; a published page keeps showing its last results until you separately choose Unpublish. See Publishing a Public Page.
I changed a brand's cadence — why didn't it rescan immediately?
Changing cadence updates how often a brand scans going forward; it deliberately does not force an immediate rescan, so you don't spend scan credits just from adjusting a setting. Use Run scan if you want fresh data right away.
Do I need to click something for scheduled scans to run?
No — scheduled scans run automatically in the background on each brand's cadence. The Runs page only shows manual runs; an empty Runs page does not mean scanning has stopped.
What's the difference between the free checker and a full account?
The free checker is a single, one-off check with no login and no ongoing schedule. A full account tracks a brand continuously, with trend history, competitor comparison, and an optional public page.
Can I track more than one brand?
Yes, up to your plan's brand limit — see Pricing. Switch between brands using the picker at the top of the app.
